Free tests for Grandma and Grandpa

On Saturday, January 18th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at a special stand in our passage, you will be able to perform preventive tests – blood sugar level measurement, blood pressure measurement, body composition analysis, and eyesight examination.

Additionally, you will be able to obtain detailed information on many diseases and learn how to better take care of your physical health in many areas and how to maintain mental balance. Here is the detailed consultation schedule:

09:00 – 11:30

“How to keep your heart healthy in old age” – individual conversations on the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.

12:00 – 14:30

Free examples of diets for various diseases. Dietary advice for people with diabetes, hypertension or digestive problems. You will be able to receive materials with sample menus.

13:00 – 15:00

Consultations on the possibilities of aesthetic medicine in improving the lives of mature people.

14:00 – 17:00

Consultations with a physiotherapist. You will be able to get advice on exercises to improve the mobility of joints and spine and examples of simple exercises to do at home.
